I'm Sumedh, a web designer, developer and agentic AI engineer in Mumbai.

I build two kinds of things: websites people remember, and AI agents that quietly take repetitive work off people's plates. Increasingly, those are the same project.

I've spent 3+ years designing and developing websites, from app and brand design in Figma to live client sites like glamwithritika.co.in. Today I'm also co-founder of miniflo, where we build AI voice agents and agentic automation that answer calls, chase renewals and update the CRM, with a human always one step away. I care about the boring parts: evals, logs, docs and a clean handover.

Right now I'm building voice agents and automations at miniflo, and taking a couple of freelance web builds each quarter.
Off the clock you'll find me tinkering with home automation, reading about systems design, or hunting for the best filter coffee in town.

Automate the boring, not the judgement

Agents are great at the repetitive 80%. I design every workflow so a person still owns the decisions that matter, with a clear hand-off when the agent isn't sure.

Static-first sites, tiny bundles, images that load before you notice. Performance isn't a final polish step; it's part of the first commit.

A working v1 next week beats a perfect v3 next quarter. Short loops, real users, honest metrics, then iterate.

Readable code, documented workflows and a handover your team can run without me. The best automation is the one nobody has to babysit.

    Co-founded an AI automation studio for UK and Indian businesses. I build voice agents (receptionists, outbound campaigns, renewals, EMI reminders, support) and the agentic workflows behind them, and I designed the miniflo.io website.
