Privacy Policy

This website is the personal portfolio of Sumedh Ingle ("I", "me"), a web designer, developer and AI automation engineer based in Mumbai, India, who works with clients worldwide. This policy explains what personal data the site handles, why, and the rights you have. I keep it short because the site collects very little.
What I collect
- Messages you send me. The contact form does not send anything to a server. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and nothing is sent until you press send there. When you email me, I receive whatever you include: usually your name, email address and project details.
- Call bookings. If you choose to book a call, a scheduling calendar from Cal.com loads on the contact page. Your name, email, project note and chosen time go to Cal.com so the booking can be made, and to my calendar (Google Calendar) with a video meeting link. Nothing from Cal.com loads unless you choose to book.
- Basic technical logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. I don't use these logs to identify you.
I don't use analytics, advertising or tracking tools, I don't build profiles, and I never sell personal data.
How I use it
- To reply to your enquiry and, if we work together, to plan and deliver the project.
- To keep the website secure and working.
The legal bases are my legitimate interest in answering messages and running a secure website, and taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
Who else sees it
- Cloudflare, Inc.: hosting and security for this website.
- Google (Gmail and Google Calendar): my email and calendar.
- Cal.com, Inc.: call scheduling and video calls, only if you book a call.
These providers may process data outside your country, including in the United States, under their own safeguards such as standard contractual clauses. I share personal data with no one else unless the law requires it.
How long I keep it
I keep enquiry emails for as long as needed to reply and, if we work together, for the duration of the project and any legal record-keeping period afterwards. You can ask me to delete your emails at any time.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, including the EU and UK (GDPR), India (Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023) and California (CCPA/CPRA), you may have the right to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, to object to or restrict how it's used, and to withdraw consent. To use any of these rights, email me at[email protected]. I'll reply within 30 days. You can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Links to other sites
The site links to other websites, such as LinkedIn, Behance, Instagram, Credly, miniflo.io and client websites. Their own privacy policies apply once you leave this site.
Children
This site isn't directed at children, and I don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes, I'll update it here and change the date at the top.
