The problem

Busy professionals love their clothes but have no time for tailoring. Getting clothes altered usually means trips to the tailor, waiting around and repeat visits for fittings. Local tailors, meanwhile, have almost no online presence.

The solution

Darzi is door-to-door tailoring. Trained staff visit your home to take measurements and collect garments, tailors do the alterations, and the clothes come back to you, often the same day.

Designing the flow

The app opens on a map, so you can see that the service reaches your doorstep. Below it sit the two jobs people actually come for: alterations and all tailoring services. Every screen is designed so that booking a pickup takes only a couple of taps.
